She called customer service and they told us that the job would be redone at no cost to us. This involved sanding down the coating and reapplying a new layer of coating. "I had organized for 6 neighbors and it was a fantastic experince. They do work all over the valley. It is a step up in terms of quality from anything you would see in the neighborhood. It was a little more expensive, but worth it. They had to dig deep holes for the posts, and my yard had 3 gates. The latches were powder coated, and they are nice and lockable. The gate posts were powder coated steel posts and you just don't find that. The number one reason to recommend them would be value. They advertize that you get a lot more for a little more and I agree. They had very good communication and workmanship."
