Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

If you decide to work with Jason, exercise extreme caution: insist on written contracts, verify progress before releasing payments, and don?t rely on verbal assurances. This company was willing to work with me to get the work done, even allowing me to make the deposit in payments and went out of their way to get it done quickly. When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section. The owner himself is a very kind man and is teaching his son the business so I got to meet him as well. I had estimates from two other companies that were several thousand dollars more than what the total cost ended up being with Romvil A1 Roofing & Remodeling LLC.
