Since then, I have hired them to clean some roofs, another time to remove a chimney that was no longer needed (replacing the area with roofing), and still another time to re-flash a chimney where leaking had occurred. "Overall - very well. The cleaning was done on a rainy day as such the application of the moss retardant happened on a separate visit. The roof and gutters look amazing. We have skylights - the moss retardant application did not leave a residue. The staff worked well together; answered my questions/comments quite well; cleaned up the grounds very nicely. Minor negative - the crew showed up when they were available (we had no forewarning). One large fir limb ended up in flower bed but that might have been the only option for those on the roof (about 3 stories to ground)."

"Hector from Isaac Roofing came out the same day to assess our leaking roof. He immediately determined the plastic vents were cracked. He temporarily caulked the cracks in case of rain and returned the next day to replace our vents with metal vents, repairing the surrounding shingles as well. Hector was very thorough and responsive to our questions. I highly recommend!"

"My neighbor used this company some years ago and was happy with their work, so I contacted them when I found out that I had some shingles missing. They replaced the missing shingles and located and fixed a small leak. They removed the moss from the entire roof by hand (not with pressure washing) and then cleaned the debris out of the gutters. Afterwards they applied treatment to inhibit moss regrowth. I found calls returned as promised and the job was actually completed sooner than I had expected."
