We agreed on a price. He returned when promised and completed the job.  I was very happy with the outcome, so when I wanted to get estimates for a very large renovation, I again called Smart Dova. He gave me a detailed estimate, and a start date. When he began the demolition, he brought a large crew. For every phase: demolition, reframing, insulation installation, the necessary wiring, installation of fixtures, drywall, painting, and refinishing the fireplace and the hardwood floors, he had an appropriate crew for the work.  He discussed each phase with me. "For the amount that I was charged, the outcome should have been better. The hardware that was used was just cheap plastic materials. The shower rod is plastic along with tub faucet. I had to call them a couple of times to replace the tub drain. For 14k, I feel I deserve better than what I got. Besides the representative for the company seemed to be on some type of trip. Very unsatisfied. I don't not recommend them. Are they racist?"
