I really enjoyed working with Charlie, he is friendly, and knowledgeable. Everything he installed and repaired is working great. Things that stuck out about Charlie is he is exacting, neat and took pride in his craftsmanship. The repairs were done with impressive high quality. He is very clear and thorough about costs changes, receipts, and warranties. He even followed-up with me to make sure I had all the paperwork, receipts, and if everything was working well. He didn't show up quite at the scheduled time but he called to give me a heads up that he was running a late and when he would get there.
