"Roof and skylight went great. Just like the other two roofs I had them do in the past. The Bay window looked like a third grader had done the job, in fact they originally left the flashing with several (six or more) nails bent over and the metal flashing dented by there hammers. Brian did come back to look at it and made an attempt at fixing....while it looked better afterwards,(he covered the flashing in the center part where nails were bent and flashing damaged by hammer stirkes) it still did not look right and Will County failed them on the job. Brain became vary angry and basically refused to do anything further. I have had to hire another company to repair the damaged flashing on the window and re shingle the bay window at an additional cost of $500.00. I have pictures to show the window before and after the job, should anyone be interested."

Kory made short videos of the portions of the roof that were examined and reviewed them with us. "Had Alsip roofing come out for estimate to repair roof leak and facia repair. They came out on a Sunday were very professional went over issues that I was having and what was needed to fix. I was emailed proposal. I agreed to proposal and the came out three days later fixed issues and stayed in contact through out process and completed work and cleaned up any mess that was made. They also warranty work for 12 months. I will call for more work in future. Thanks Alsip roofing, great job. Happy customer."

"Very well - 2 problems were discovered, an outside light had no junction box and a previous repair (from another contractor) was poorly done (an outside column was installed with no interior support pole causing that portion of the roof to drop 1 1/2 inches) . Trela pointed out the areas of concern and instead of me having to chase someone to fix - they were able to fix and repair everything and make it better than it had been before."
