"Not a bad company. I think they gave us a fair price, and the quality of the materials and labor were up to standards. But they left out yard a mess and it took WAY to long for them to complete the job. I don't know what their normal works hours are, but it varied from day to day; some days they were only there for a few hours which made the process a slow one. They did a great job though at doing exactly what I had asked for. I asked them to put the horse wire for the fence in the ground a few inches because other wise our dogs will dig out, so they had to dig a trench to do this; it rained a little during this process, so the dirt that needed to go back in the trench turned into mud. They were having a hard time getting it in the trench, the said they would come back when it was dry to push in the dirt, I did pay them the same day they said that, and we have not seen or heard from them since, which i kind of expected. Overall the quality was good, but the time length was not. As long as you are not on a strict dead-line, i would suggest them. <br />"

"I contacted the company and spoke with Scott and set up an appointment. He arrived right on time and explained to my wife and I how the fence worked. Scott answered all our questions. A  couple of days later our fence was installed. We have been very satisfied with how the system works. Scott is very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Due to health problems with my wife and I, Scott is being very helpful in the training of our pet. I would highly recommend Scott and his product. The training of our dog by Scott is something we asked for help with and is not part of the contract we signed. "Greg Rentschler and team were great. He came out quickly to quote our job. The work Timberseal did was fantastic. They power washed all our exterior decks and siding on our house. Then they stained and sealed all our decks and dock. Finished product is wonderful. Only minor complaint was that the work was quoted to be done in mid September (on August 2nd) and the work was not completed until the last week of October. BUT, it was done in an area of Indiana where its impossible to find contractors to do work let alone good quality work. Thanks Timberseal!"

"they came and walked the yard with me and measured. then I was given a written quote and decided that even though they were slightly more money than the other companies I had spoken with to go with them, they were the only company willing to put the gates in the way I wanted them done. They came on a Thursday and set all the posts and explained because the ground was so wet that they would not complete the fence until Monday so the concrete had time to set. They even put a temp fence up for my dogs. I left for work on Monday morning and came back to the fence completed and the area cleaned. <br />"

"October 2014 contacted Gonzalez Home Improvement & Construction one day and they were out two days later to pull out chain link fencing and hauled it all away and cleaned up.  Set a date to deliver dirt to fill in deep holes in the yard where an excavator had hooked up from house to street sewer (and refused to fix their mess).  Gonzalez delivered the dirt and spread it. They did a great job!   Owner and workers were very polite on each visit. Will use them again. <br />"

"Saturday night the winds tore several pieces of siding off the side of my garage. I called VIP first thing Monday and talked to a lady who said they would be out in the afternoon to do the repair. I told her that anytime in the afternoon would be great. The lady I was talking to promptly got someone to do an estimate of the cost based on my description of the damage. Later I called to let the lady at VIP know I had a change of schedule and would be leaving sooner than I had expected and could they get there earlier in the afternoon. She made a call and I got a call immediately thereafter and the VIP team were there as they said they would be, Monday afternoon, on my new schedule. They surveyed the damage, used replacement siding I had stored inside my garage, and had the siding repaired within an hour. They then cleaned up the scattered remnants and kept the amount of the bill to their earlier quote. VIP was very responsive, in the office and in the field. The repair of my siding was very well done, garage siding is back to looking like it should. I will use them again. <br />"

"It went great. Carlos was able to come give me an estimate the same day I called; they were able to do the work one week later. The crew of five arrived mid-afternoon on a very hot July day and was finished in about 4 hours. I was not home when they arrived, but got there about 2 hours later. Most of the work was finished by then, except for trimming the crab tree and doing the driveway work. The newly edged flower beds looked wonderful with fresh mulch. An ivory halo dogwood shrub was planted in place of the Rose of Sharon and a few additional coral bells were planted to supplement some I already had. It was a lot of hard work, especially hauling away all the branches trimmed from the two large bushes and the crab tree, but they did a beautiful job and cleaned up the yard afterward. Carlos was able to re-use the original railroad ties and had them realigned and spiked in place in much less time than I thought the job would take. They also sprayed the weeds in the gravel driveway. The yard looks much nicer now."
