Dave was always accessible, which helped when I had questions or concerns after work or on the weekends. We weren't living in the house where the work was done, so it was important to have someone who communicated with us when needed. I am very happy with how light and bright my kitchen turned out and would use Brevard Construction again for renovation projects!"

"I wanted to be able to gift my son a kitchen remodel (he has a limited income and disability). I contacted John at VJA and right off the bat, he went out of his way to meet my son and I at his location to pick out everything! He had so many choices! Being on a limited budget, John suggested the "lower" cost items. Well, if the choices we were given were lower in choice or quality....I'd hate to see the high end! The choices and quality were outstanding. John made a few suggestions. Within a day, he sent out Justin to measure and provide a drawing. We had a quote within a day and in our budget!! The construction crew lead by Tom was excellent!!! They were constantly working around us and even making suggestions that we never thought of (this was all during the COVID pandemic and the Christmas holiday). The whole team was respectful, patient and understanding!! I could not have done this without them and they made this dream come true for my son and my budget! I definitely and highly recommend VJA always and hope to do more projects with them in the future. You'd have to be crazy to use any other contractor!!"
