"The Service tech was efficient and qualified to do the job. He did his job in an hour explained everything he needed and would do and the cost. With that said I will not hire this company again. Their charges are not appropriate for the time spent at site.They charge by the job not the hour which they explained but I needed the job done immediately so I had them complete the work. My job was simple enough to be completed in an hour and the cost was over $250. I will not recommend them to anyone. They did explain that if they just had to change the lightbulb that the charge would be different. I would not try it just find out or suggest anyone do try it. These charges might work for some people, but not someone in my tax bracket."

"I can't say enough good things about this company and it's employees. We were partially without electrics and of all weeks Thanksgiving. We were contacted within a day of going on Anjis List. The next day Bob came and diagnosed the problem and shortly after we had an estimate and day for the work to be done. We had to call a couple of days later with a hitch that was not their fault but they came back and did a wonderful job. Such clean and tidy work by Timmy. "I needed a few replacement installs: two outdoor fans, two recessed shower lights, and a high ceiling porch light (18'). Tony was great over the phone. We had to break up the work into two appointments, which were scheduled just fine. Quotes were on point and did not change from what was estimated. The team that did the service were on time, diligent and professional. On a couple of decisions, they made clear recommendations that would avoid future headaches--something I appreciate. After the work was done, they cleared the area and walked me through everything. Overall, I'm happy with the quality and promptness of work. I plan to call them again for future projects."

Finally very excited when they told us this morning (saturday) that a technician would be here between two and four pm. Technician never showed up! I called 3 times requesting an update as to when the technician would arrive?and never even had the courtesy of a return phone call! If you call after hours, it goes to a call center somewhere in the United States! I called another company, 1 Hour AirConditioning in Daytona Beach, Fl. and they will be here tomorrow. Not only will they be here but texted me the info! Total Comfort kiss our 15 year old relationship goodbye! And Jason, you need to up your game."

"Never responds or calls back. Called, texted and emailed. If he doesn?t want to come on site and complete warranty work or do a job, you will just be abandoned. Don?t recommend if you want someone who stands behind product."
