He answered in person and by phone whenever I contacted him, he never rushed me, he explained everything that was going on and found many problems the so called 'contractor' who put on the roof in 2012 didn't do, just to save money. I bought the home in 2013 and the house passed every inspection and after moving in, the problems started, spent a lot of time and money repairing the ceilings in the dining room and living room. Forrest and Son worked very hard to bring the roof up to code and found so many problems and I am very grateful to them for helping me and charging a fair price for all the work that was done.
