Was actually going to use a shovel to pry open a cover that required a drill bit. Fast forward to 2026 and found that the septic technician never locked the zabel filter in place. Two years without a filter. Take your chances with them if you want. I will never return as a customer."

At a time when it’s difficult to find contractors who do what they say they’ll do, Norbert stands out… he and his crew are a joy rather than the typical headache! And their work—it’s just beautiful. We were so happy we hired him again to redesign our house’s front entry stairs, and stamp our front walkway, driveway lamp posts, and house foundation. This is where Norbert really excelled. He knew that we needed to reinforce the wall to support the generator… and he was right! As soon as we finished that, we planned our next project… a new stamped concrete driveway to replace our old asphalt one. They just finished it last week and it’s a WOW!
