Initially Ed came to our home and spent a reasonable amount of time talking about our options, pricing and quality of products. The roof replacement team (Melissa, Luis and team) arrived on time the day of installation and stayed until the job was completed in 1 day. this team stayed late to pick up all remaining debris and Luis was back early the next morning to oversee another clean up, go over our new roof and ensure our satisfaction. "Sammy’s Masonry has completed work for our family several times over the last 10 years. They have done roof, chimney, brick stair work. Most recently Sammy’s crafted a new sidewalk along with stairs and landing using bluestone, natural stone and pavers. He used the best quality material and quoted us a very good price. The staff is very conscientious, meticulous and friendly. They worked 3 full days and did a wonderful job. My wife is very happy with the final product. From estimate to cleanup, Sonny responded promptly, thoroughly explained what it would take to repair / replace neglected (and leaking) areas on both house and garage roofs, and followed through with great work that was on schedule and according to budget. Other contractors I called were only interested in whole roof replacement, which I cannot afford right now. Sonny offered a gradual replacement under terms I can realistically consider. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. "Roofing its something no home owner ever wants to do, but most have to go through. I won't even lie I wasn't even planning on getting a new roof, but Dale Knocked on my door and thats where the process started. My roof did go through insurance & aside from signing paper work/paying my deductible A1 handled everything. Obviously specific details from the insurance goes to you and then given to A1. Its not a short process and there is paperwork you have to sign, but all In all it did take me about 4 to 5 months where the process was started to roof replacement. Dale handled interactions with showing my the conditions of my roof and how to go about getting it put through the insurance. The only hiccup was that I have solar panels and I did feel like they where taken down to early (almost 5 months off), but I made my concerns known and one of the Managers called me and credited me $500 bucks (100 per month) that the panels where off. They did tell me setbacks in productions and things happen, but made me happy by giving me this credit. Didn't fight me on it, and didn't make me feel like I was just an insurance check on the other end. You can trust A1 home improvement with your home. I would like to thank Dale for his work & all the others that helped me throughout one of the most stressful process there can be for a house."
