"Regal, with Jim, was exceptional. The project started three days early and was completed early. They workers were on time and very professional. Jim was there almost every day, with the exception of his vacation, but his area supervisor was there. The project was completed under budget and had that WOW factor. In addition to the tile and cabinets they also refaced the bathroom cabinets and put in new base boards. We had people stop by to look at the work and ask questions about the team. Ron brought a lot of samples of various options and what I liked was he priced the job for the kitchen then he priced in phases the refinishing of the rest of the cabinets in my home. What I also liked was they took one of my cabinets, refinished it then brought it back out for my approval before they committed to the whole job. This really gave me a sense of what the job would look like when done and also to see the difference between the old finish and the new finish .I was very impressed by his crew that worked in my home. I got a call each day to tell me when to expect the workers and they were always on time and meticulous with the work in my home.
