"I've had this service for three years and Maria and her team are so thorough and courteous. They are by far the most reliable, cheerful and careful cleaning people I've ever had. And the main office KNOWS me and treats with with courtesy and respect. I live in Peoria and am lucky that cleanPROS was willing to travel to me! Thanks so much. -Jeri"

"Alex made my job SO MUCH EASIER! He communicated in a timely manner and delivered the services he said he would - and for a FAIR PRICE. He even delivered the container on a HOLIDAY! That was the only day I could gather the family to help their parents. And he was there for us! Thank you, Alex. I will be calling on you again. Great customer service and highest quality, excellent! "They cleaned my rental property after my tenant moved out. The scheduling was easy and pricing was reasonable and negotiable. I provided detailed requirements and did not want them to upsell or claim. On the day of cleaning, the cleaner didn't show up. The owner scrambled to find another cleaner and I was pretty upset that it was messed up. But the efforts of the owner and his responses were empathetic. He did find another cleaner and started the job the same day. He followed up and communicated with me on what's going on. So I have to give him 5 stars on how he handled a difficult situation to a customer's satisfaction."

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Phoenix, AZ

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
