They showed us product available; allowing us to make a well informed decision on the design we wanted for our deck. They also told us as well as gave in writing what to expect each step of the way; from down payment, to progress payments, to the final check. From demo to completion, their trade man were excellent and very precise in their work. They took the time to do it right the first time. The job site was always cleaned and organized at the end of each day. They were also very approachable if I had any questions.
