"I received Vargas Roofing contact information from Home Advisor and contacted Gilbert Vargas directly to discuss replacing the canales on my flat roof home with downspouts. Gilbert responded immediately and provided an onsite visit followed by a competitive estimate compared to several other vendors. Mr. Vargas worked his schedule around the fact that I was having the house stuccoed and returned once the schedule was final to discuss colors, and downspout configuration for each set of canales. I would highly recommend Vargas Roofing for your seamless gutter needs. Gilbert Vargas is a professional business person and attends to the job personally to ensure your satisfaction."

"Gilbert gave me quote and I said satisfactory and he returned few days later. Came early in morning and completed job in three hours which consisted of patching metal roof on my trailer and coating with foam sealant. Has rained since and no problems with leaks."

"Juan gave me an estimate and followed through with a roof and stucco job that was so far above what I was expecting. These guys were so neat and cleaned up at the end of the day. My work looks like it should have been all along. I had this work done seven years ago by two other companies that both did sub par jobs. It should have held up a much longer time but they had used the wrong materials on my roof. Juan told me he could repair the roof and it would be right and would hold up for years to come. Wow! He knows roofs. He did everything he said he would. I would highly recommend this company. You don't need to keep looking. These are the guys I would call first."

"Shai was great at giving me recommendations for my strange patio leak. He had his crew weatherproof my window at no charge the next day. I thought he had great recommendations and he could have saved me lots of money if I'd found him earlier. I will be calling upon him to do projects for me in ithe future. Very impressed."

"Came to my house to look at floor and countertop to make sure he picked the right tile for backsplash. They choose the tile and came to do the job as soon as tile was in."

"They were quick and efficient getting the job done, and there were no overruns on cost. The clean up job was good. The stucco at the edge of the roofline needed some patching and they did a great job of color matching for us. More than six months since the work was done and we're thrilled to with the work. Thanks, Alvarado Roofing!"

"The service people came on time and did a great job. They ran a cleaning machine over my tiles to clean and then hand sealed the grout. Included in the deal, he vacuumed out my dryer vent. I am very happy with their service at the price of their deal (which I considered a good deal!) and will use again."

"

Mr. Torres and crew came on a Saturday and completed the job that day. He is very professional and detail-oriented; he and his crew worked very hard to finish the job in one day! He was able to match two paint colors very well.. we can't tell the difference. High quality work and professionalism. I will be hiring Mr. Torres again for some additional work.

"It went well. Workers showed up on time, stuck with the job until it was finished. Owner suggested we replace skylights with low-E argon-filled double glass product. We did so and very happy with results. Everything about the job seemed very professional in plan and execution of plan. Good roofing work is not cheap."

"I was very impressed from initial contact to completed work. Roofers showed up on time and completed job as promised. Personnel were polite and kept me informed of progress and issues found were corrected. Work area was kept clean and thoroughly cleaned after completion. I will continue to use Grace Builders when needed. Highly recommended."
