Right after I realized that we have Raccoon residence in my attic I sent an email at midnight to Attic Fanatics. I got a call at 8 from Coby who said someone will come within a hour. Mike Bruer showed up on time and did a thorough inspection. He advised me that the Raccoon may have been in my attic for awhile. I decided to replace all insulation. He provided me a reasonable quote which I accepted right at the spot. He also helped me to file a claim with my homeowner insurance company. On the very next business day there was a crew of 5 people showed up on time. They are very professional and did a neat job. Being a picky person like me I am totally satisfied of their work. They sealed the openings to prevent the Raccoon from return.
