"The experience of having a roof installation can be stressful. However, the entire team at Jersey Roofing made the entire process easy and calm. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. "I had 3 contractors give me estimates and Joe's was the lowest and most thorough. I was nervous taking the lowest bid, but I knew exactly what was being replaced and how much he was charging. When I got the bill, it was for exactly the same amount as our agreement. They got it done in 1 day, where the next contractor said it would take 2-3 days. Joe's crew said they would arrive between 7:30am - 8:00am and got there at 7:32am and were up on the roof just a few minutes later attaching the tarps and pulling off the shingles. They didn't stop until 6 pm when the last nail and scrap of roofing felt was picked up. I couldn't be more impressed. I did that roof 30 years ago, and watching them do it for me was a great experience. The roof looks great and I am sure that I went with the best."

"It went great. Eddy is extremely reliable and a pleasure to work with. The members of his crew are all highly skilled, professional and friendly (and none of them smoked, either inside or outside the house!). The workers show up on time each day, their pride in their work is evident, and they clean up after themselves before leaving. Eddy's quoted price was much lower than any of the other contractors/vendors I contacted. You should know that selecting and purchasing the materials is your responsibility - Eddy is happy to recommend sensible and cost-effective local suppliers. All told, the total cost of my remodel including materials (tub, vanity, tiles, vanity) was about $8K - still a great deal for a full 8x7 bathroom remodel (one quote I received from a different contractor was for $8K and that was to only replace the tub and install an acrylic surround!).
