Since then I had them replaced and relocated the 2 main electrical panels in my basement from one side to another as well as just the other day install another dedicated electrical over my stove for a microwave and replace 4 outlets in the kitchen and check and repair one of my outside outlets. Each time they pricing was far and their guys are very professional and clean up after they are done. Even if you say that is ok I will get it, you get no that is my job. When they replaced the panels I had an issues with the inspection that was not their fault (just a hard-nose inspector) but Shay and Linda made sure that it was addressed. "Mr. Rick Wagner is a real expert. I had three so called experts in standby generator repairs and they could not make the unit operational, even though they replaced every part that they thought was the problem. After several trial and error efforts replacing several parts, they could not identify the problem and told me that the unit could not be repaired. The interesting thing was that they were supposedly trained experts on Briggs and Stratton generators. Their recommendation was to buy a new unit. "The Service Representative was on time and had a kind and professional manner. He did not provide me a free estimate or quote, saying he had to research pricing. We knew that our Water Heater was broken, and not able to be repaired. He did some hands on checking of this system, and confirmed what we already knew by that time. We were charged a fee for a service call totalng $84 - which I insisted be applied to the job if he was hired. He promised quote by Monday, never arrived. We needed service so moved on to next pro on list, they were able to give us quote right away - it seemed reasonable for the work performed so we hired them (Gold Plumbing), and they asked for no money up front. When I did get quote from Franklin, their price was much higher."
