"As a Realtor it is very important to me that the people I refer to my clients and to my friends are professional, knowledgeable, personable and have high ethics. It is a refection on me if I give out that referral. At the top of my list is Larry with Preferred Handyman Services! He goes above and beyond in every way possible. Larry is one of the most ethical people I know and his work is exemplary. If something is not within his realm of expertise or if he feels the job best be handeled in a different way, he will refer you to someone who he feels is better suited for the job. His fee's are resonable and his workmanship is always up to the highest of standards. I myself have used his services many times over the years and everyone of my clients and friends who have hired him have nothing but great reviews."

"Drayton was recommended to me by my boss. He came out within a day or two after I called for a quote and the work was done within a couple of days. I had numerous handyman projects stacked up because I hadn't been able to find anyone. Very professional work, great cleanup and very responsive. Very fast. He will be out again soon to continue on with repairs and to renovate my bathroom. A little higher in price than I'm used to paying, but definitely quality work."

"<p>I have a very specific project door/water damage situation that needs to be repaired.  I called Kevin to see if he possibly could come out and quote.  We are in Gold Canyon and have had problems getting contractors to come and evaluate our situation.  </p> <p>When asking Kevin if he would be willing to travel out there, he did not hesitate in saying yes.  He was upfront where he was in his job work and gave timing of when he possibly could begin the project.</p> <p>I gave him an overview of the situation of what the problem was - water damage, potential mold, door working properly. Although it was determined that the scope of work wasn't something that potentially work out for either of us, he gave great ideas on how to handle the situation, solve the problem and the steps that needed to be taken.  </p> <p>He was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest in his feedback.  We are sorry that we are not able to do business with Kevin.</p> <br />"

"If you need your house painted then look no further, Jeremy is your guy. Jeremy told us during his free estimate visit that he is a perfectionist and it definitely shows in his work. Jeremy is very fairly priced, punctual, detail oriented, and does what he says he will do. We couldn't be happier with his work and will definitely be using him again for any future projects. Thanks Jeremy!"

"PM Contracting team was great to work with. They responded promptly to my request for a quote, sent several emails, explained what would be done and provided a fair quote. After accepting the quote they were able to schedule to project the following week. They arrived on time with 3 members of their construction team and, after a full day work, completed the job to our complete satisfaction. Would highly recommend for any type of service."

"I wanted to take moment to comment on my experience with Handy Andy’s handyman services. I needed a ceiling fan I purchased installed on a vaulted ceiling and called a few “handyman-type” services to see if they could assist me. Andy was not only responsive, but even took the time to find the installation instructions online so that he was prepared to do the job when he arrived onsite. The installation was a little challenging due to the height but it went well and he charged no more than the original quote. I have to say that I couldn’t have asked for anymore from a handyman service and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing handyman services. Thanks Andy!"

FAQs for handyman service projects in Tonopah, AZ

Winterizing shields your home’s structure and key systems from snow, ice, and freezing temperatures. By sealing drafts and tuning up heaters, you cut energy waste, extend the life of appliances and windows, and avoid surprise repair bills. A small up-front investment keeps rooms cozy and protects the value of your biggest asset all winter long.

Yes, it’s important to prepare your sprinkler system for the winter. Blowing out the lines and insulating above-ground parts keeps valves and pipes from splitting when temperatures drop. A quick winterization visit costs far less than repairing burst components in spring, and it ensures your lawn--and your wallet--stay in good shape once the thaw hits.

A full home winterization plan goes beyond sealing windows and pipes. You might schedule a home energy audit, cover outdoor furniture, service the snowblower, swap smoke-detector batteries, add outlet gaskets, and hang storm doors. Each step beefs up your home’s protection, cuts drafts, and lowers the chance of costly cold-weather damage.
