"I have to say that had I not sold the home, I most certainly would have kept them. As I mentioned, I rarely saw insects in the house and never had a problem with scorpions, as is common in the Phoenix area.
The pigeon issue was quite the ordeal, though. We had those nasty creatures nesting on the rooftop and pooping everywhere. It was disgusting! I called Preventive and the service tech, Zach, came out and gave us an estimate on what it would take to remove the pigeons, clean it up, and install netting to keep them from coming back. The estimate was very reasonable so I didn't bother calling any other company for a quote. Zach came back on the scheduled day and spent several hours on the roof in the heat, cleaning and getting rid of nests, pigeon poo, and even a few pigeon carcasses up there (yuk!). He then installed the netting to keep them out. Unfortunately the pigeons managed to get through one of the of the nets and get back in there, but I call to Preventive and Zach was back out there in no time, fixed the netting (somehow it hadn't stayed tacked down, but this time he made sure it wasn't going get loose again), and we haven't had an issue since! that was well over a year ago.
I would definitely recommend Preventive. The bi-monthly service is simple - they come and spray all around the house foundation and note if they see any issues. I rarely needed them to spray inside - once for the initial service and then another time when we had an ant problem. The price was very reasonable and they were always professional, friendly, and prompt.

"Recently purchased home. Wanted to start a pest control service. After research, went with Bulwark for their outstanding ratings. Their service was prompt and the tech was very professional. Answered all my questions and took the time to go in detail on their service. My only small complaint was no treatments above eye level. The tech was able to de-web a few high corners and that was fantastic. But personaly, I wish I could just napalm the place and "feel" 100% sure that every nook and cranny has been treated. Outside of that personal opinion, the service itself was exemplary and would recommend it to anyone."
