Mark was responsive to phone calls and came to the house to discuss the project. He was very helpful with his suggestions. When I went to Conejo Hardwood to look at the various doors, casings and hardware, the salesman spoke highly of Mark as a craftsman. This opinion was borne out by the workmanship Mark has demonstrated. If there was a problem with a wall Mark would show how it impacted his work and then set about correcting the problem. If we had a question about anything he was patient in explaining what we saw. We did not use prehung doors; each door was an individual process. "It went fine. They removed double sliding patio doors, replaced all wheels on doors and installed new track on bottom. Old track was so bent we could barely move the doors. They now glide easily. At first they were noiseless, but a couple of weeks later they got a little noisy, although they still glide smoothly. This may have been due to pressure put on the door when we later had a safety laminate put on the glass. I wish I'd done it years ago, as the struggle to open & close them was really annoying.
We initially planned to replace the doors, but they're 60 years old, no one makes them any more and it would have cost many thousands of dollars to replace. We're quite happy.
