They did an amazing job both repairing the shingles that had blown off in the recent Santa Ana windstorm, as well as performing roof maintenance to make sure the balance of my roof shingles were secure, and sealed areas to prepare for the upcoming rain storms. "This company made a lot of damage to my driveway when they were throwing old roof tiles down, many chips and pivots now. Also, did not cover my new pavers and caused many brown spots which they later tried to resolve with power washing but left stains. They moved the metal part off my water heater on the roof and water heater stopped working when water got inside. The worst is that they promised to take care of the damages but the owner never even came to check on the final product, so i don't know if the roof is even completed correctly. They never came back to put things back in the garage, although promised for several weeks to come. Left 4 different colors on facia, metal and roof trimming even though I offered matching paint for them to complete the job....super disappointed, considering now to take them to small claims court as they refuse to take responsibility for damaged pavers and driveway.....My first impression of them as agreeable was totally wrong."

"I own 8-unit apartments two buildings flat roof with carport aera attached on each building. Mike shows up on time give you a great price, but inflates as the job moves on, His guys just toss nails everywhere, left the cable wire hanging, time will tell if the flat roof over the units will last 10 years, Carport aera added an extra $10,000 and really did a Treible job, some areas its rolled up to the top of the wall some areas not. Missing roofing water pools soaks thru the roof? not (hot mopped) water works its way thru the plywood and onto the parked cars. His guys left the lights hanging didn't secure them back to the joist, Call Mike leave messages e-mail, nothing, no warranty on the contract he gives a warranty but does not fulfill it. On this job Mike dropped the ball. "
