"Intermittent responsiveness to emails and phone calls. His topsoil compost treatment included numerous pieces of shells. I’ve also found small pieces of metal in our yard as well. He did offer to come rake the yard from it but some of these pieces are too small to rake and ultimately there is no other solution proposed. The prices are definitely much higher than other folks probably due to the organic nature of things but I have to say after a year of this service by lawn does not look any better if not worse. When I mentioned that I wanted to cancel service there is no concern about keeping us as a customer or customer service. Either he’s too busy and has too many customers or doesn’t care about keeping customers around."

"Bob and team were fantastic. We had two trees we knew we wanted trimmed, but Bob came out and walked the entire yard with me, giving me suggestions and reasoning behind such suggestions. When the team came to do the job, everyone was friendly and accommodating of my many questions. At one point the team left, and I wasn't satisfied with the product, so I called Bob who came back within 5 min and had the team come back and finish until I was completely content. We will be using them again for any future tree-trimming needs. For the price conscious, the Arborway team was slightly more expensive for the larger of the two jobs (2800 vs. $2400 and $2000 from two other companies), but comparable pricing for the smaller tree ($620 vs. $620 and $600). That being said, if a big tree is done poorly, it makes a much larger impact. I am very pleased that I left the tree in their capable hands."

"Amazing! Lee is a pleasure to work with and is super diligent about his efforts. He took hours to walk our yard and woods to find and treat all poison ivy on the ground and in the trees (we have a big property and had a lot). Lee found it all and then on his return trip to ensure all is eliminated he treated anything new or if he had missed any. We're happy to say its all gone now and we couldn't be happier.
