The opening was not closing due to the arms being bent, and the hinge was in the wrong place. The attic springs, arms, and hinge opening were replaced. He made our door work beautifully, lock correctly, replaced the weather stripping and close correctly. Our front door has not ever been this good and we have owned it over 30 years!
