"From meeting a staffmember in their showroom, to having a rep. come out and discuss a plan/take measurements/write out a contract, to the first crew that took down the old cover, to the next crew that installed a new patio cover/awning, to the final detail crew, and finally the owner, Jeff, coming out to inspect, all went very well. "I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope. I also had been trying to arrange for someone to be home during period of time that service could be performed, and finally arranged for someone for an entire week (starting Monday 3/20) to permit the work to occur. The ADI scheduler informed me that all next week was taken."

"Alrick Bonner did a great job installing our fans for a reasonable price. Was polite and took time to explain things. Definittely knows his stuff.He was patient enough to wait while I went back to the store to exchange the downrod for the correct size. Tried his best to install the family room fan without cutting my ceiling but did the patch up himself so I did not have to worry about finding another person. Did a pretty good job of patching but was not 100%. I would still recommend Alrick to family and friends."
