"The roof of my 28-year-old house was leaking. I called Above-It-All-Roofing and Dave came to prepare the estimate. We went over the estimate in detail and Dave answered my questions. There was no pressure to sign the contract and Dave provided his cell phone number in the event I had more questions. I decided to use Above-It-All-Roofing because they had the best estimate, my sister used Above-It-All-Roofing 15 years ago and she’s happy with her roof, and the company has many positive reviews. The job was scheduled, the workers showed up on time, worked long days, cleaned up each day and finished in 4 days. After they finished, I noticed black flashing was installed. I wanted the flashing to be painted the same color as the stucco, but I did not have the paint. Later, I also noticed some tiles on the lower roof were chipped or discolored. I bought the paint, and I called Dave to schedule a time to have the flashing painted, the chipped tiles replaced, and the discolored tiles relocated. Dave came over with one of his workers who painted the flashing, replaced the chipped tiles, and relocated the discolored tiles. "Ron Levi has been our project manager for work on our Riverside house. Started with a full replacement of the roof.  What has been really tricky is that we are in Washington and had to rely on telephone and FaceTime communication.  We can't say enough good things about how this has gone.  Ron has been on top of everything and got work done so quickly.  In fact we are so happy with the work on the roof that we are now working with him on painting the exterior and replacing the windows.  The painting is a really big job on this old house with extensive sanding and some wood siding repair.  Again, communication with Ron has been great and he's been on top of the job at all times.  We highly recommend!"
