"I’ve been a customer of Wilber’s for several years. Up till now I’ve always found them to be reasonable in price, professional, reliable and trustworthy. I don’t know what’s happened but, they are no longer the company they used to be. I recently hired Wilbers to repair a loose newel post at the bottom of my stairs. When Danny the estimator came he explained that it might be an easy fix or more involved if they needed to install a new 4X4 interior post. Though I requested that he provide estimates for both scenarios he only sent the estimate for the worst case scenario. I let that go because I trusted that they would do the right thing should it prove to be an easy fix. When they arrived it turned out that all that was needed was to replace the wooden board in the basement with a 2 ft. 2x4 and tighten the bolt that runs inside the post. The workers were here for 1 hour and for this Wilber’s decided that a fair price was $820. It seemed absolutely outrageous to me that they would charge me $820 to tighten a bolt so I tried reaching out to Wilber 3 times and asked that he call me back to discuss. Well he never called me back. I can only assume that he knows full well that he did is wrong and is unable to justify his outrageous pricing. It’s sad that Wilber thinks this is how you should treat a loyal customer and it’s certainly disappointing to discover what an unprofessional and unethical person he is. I certainly will never utilize the services of Wilbers ever again and I would caution anyone thinking of hiring them to think twice. Wilber is a man that lacks integrity and therefore someone you cannot trust to do business with."

"Franco and his crew originally came in and remodeled our old house bathroom. They did such a great job that we had them prepare that house to sell. They did our siding, interior plaster n paint, as well as our outdoor and shutter painting. Besides being professional, him and his crew did such a beautiful work and would always cover and clean up everything. Because of their work we sold quickly. Therefore we knew we would work with them again on our new home. We were surprised to find them busy during covid spring 2020 however Franco was always communicative with us about time frames. Finally during summer they came with masks on everyday. They sectioned off each area they has to work on and as always moved or covered everything. We wanted new shelving for basement entertainment area and they did such beautiful craftsmanship. My husband and I are always beyond happy with their work although not cheap it is definitely worth it andit shows in their work."
