"We trusted this company, and now we?re heartbroken. My husband and I hired Everest General Construction in August 2024 to replace our roof, with a promise of 30 years warranty and no more leaks. We paid $12,000 in total, believing we were investing in peace of mind and protection for our home. Just a few months later, the roof started leaking again. Every time it rains, water comes in. We reached out to them repeatedly, and at first, they said someone would come fix it?but they delayed, and the repair was sloppy. Since then, they have completely ignored our calls and messages. This has caused us so much stress and sadness. We are a young couple trying to build a life, and after spending our savings, we?re still living with buckets and wet ceilings. I?ve cried more times than I can count. Do NOT trust this company. They do not honor their warranty, and their workmanship is terrible. I hope this review saves another family from going through what we did."

"My experience was wonderful. This is a family owned company, they do great work and are honest, which is not the case with many other contractors that provide estimates. We had a problem with the chimney. Eric came to the home to do an inspection and took a personal interest and provided a fair honest estimate. He didn't try to sell us something that wasn't needed. We arranged the appointment with his brother, in the office and the workmen that came were respectful and took pride in their work. I have no reservations in highly recommending this company.
