The tile work was beautiful and well done. The rebuild took a day less than we had planned. He even helped connect us with an electrician and repaired the cuts in the drywall done by the electrician. "The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

"We chose James L. Graves after getting 3 bids. They were the middle bid. We had a special request to change our soffits in addition to replacing the roof and gutters for maximum roof ventilation. The Salesman, Bryan was very accommodating with this request since most companies do not normally deal with aluminum soffit material but they were willing to work with us and get us what we requested. The roofers did a really good job. No mess. Bryan came by about 5 times during the install which took 2 days for our house. Gutter and soffit replacement went well also."

It was one of my best contracting experiences as a home owner. The project involved a complete tear out of an old deck, framing and footers and install of new picture framed composite decking, framing, additional footers and aluminum railing. The onsite team were very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. This project was permitted and the inspection process was a breeze.
