"Two weeks after moving into a new home, we discovered, after a heavy rain, that we had a leak in an older flat roof over a bedroom. Tom was extremely responsive and helpful, and even though they don't do roofing repairs (only full replacements), Tom sent his foreman over to patch our roof as an emergency short-term fix while we looked into options for having the old roof replaced with a TPC membrane. There have been heavy rains in the meantime, and the temporary patch has saved us from taking on more water and causing further damage to drywall and floors. We were impressed by Certified's professionalism and responsiveness, and we would have hired them to do the full roof replacement, but they had a 2-3 week backlog due to all the rainy weather, and we needed the work done sooner than that."

"Mikey and Chris did an exemplary job! They arrived on time after calling me to advise their estimated arrival time. They did some minor repairs on my roof (eliminating some nail pops; added caulking around flashing, and sealed a seam that had never been properly sealed on my two-year old roof) to prevent future leaks, cleaned all my gutters, and installed two splash guards to help reduce my water runoff problem during severe rainstorms. They also provided a comprehensive photo album of my roof showing it's current condition and the "before and after" of each repair that they made. They educated me of several options to help save money and fix the roofing leaks. They were honest and very personable. Once contracted the work was done in a couple of days after it had stopped raining. I was not there during the roof repair but they kept me informed with photos of the work being done. They did an outstanding job. I was truly impressed when two days after the completion of the work it rained very hard. Mr. Isaac texted me during the rain to see if there were any leaks. With the covers we havent had to clean the gutters either. A 5 year inspection shows no water damage on the inside. Plus the house stands out on the street compared to other grey shingled roofs. Had an estimate Saturday night and Tuesday they came and installed the new roof. The way they clean up is impressive. They cover the yard to make sure they leave no debris or trash behind. "Prompt service. Quoted a price of $800, which I thought was a little on the high side. I wasn't expecting to pay more than $500. The contractor said the price was higher because his workers would need to use extra safety gear due to the steep pitch of my roof. The workers showed up early the next day, went up to the roof with a ladder and began replacing shingles without any safety gear. The whole job took less than 30 minutes."
