"This job was not needed as the roof vent was found to have come from the next-door neighbor's roof. However, I had Gordon to inspect my roof due to the recent winds that had come through the area. He found 3 tiles that had slid out of place. They were not damaged, so he set them back in place. I have no issues with the work he did. I am completely satisfied. The only reason why I gave the business 5 stars because Gordon was late and had forgotten the appointment. I had other business to attend to, so I called him to see what had happened. He apologized and explained the situation involving an ill family member that needed attention, which is understandable. I was on a tight schedule, but Gordon got right on it and arrived in time for me to get on with my day. I'm sure this was a rare circumstance. I would have given the business 5 stars, except, I would suggest Gordon set up an appointment reminder using his mobile device, so he never forgets his appointments. "

Once I signed, they pulled the permit with Riverside County that afternoon. They charged nothing for this except for the face value cost of the permit itself. They were onsite with a full crew the very next morning for the tear-off of the old roof. We left for our sonâ s graduation, and I expected weâ d come home to a bare roof, and the install would be done the next day. No. I returned to find the tear-off completed, and the installation nearly finished! I climbed up to the roof to watch the remaining work. He gave our roof a â tuneup â thoroughly explaining what needed to be done and why. The repair wasnâ t urgent (it never rains in SoCal ) but he did the repair within 2 days of hiring him.
