On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the cityâ s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. The roofers were pleasant and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves well. Their normal gutter team wasn't available, so they subbed it out. The gutter people left a mess, shards of sharp metal all over the place. Mario and Lisa were very apologetic about that, and the gutter people called to apologize too. Econo sent one of his guys to finish the cleanup. The roof looks great, the gutters look great. I chose them because their price was competitive and because of the Owens Corning premier warranty."
