Mr. Drew Hall came out to look and discuss the project. When we later met at TLC to discuss solutions, Mr. Hall clearly explained what has to be done and showed me photos of a similar project. Mr. Hall also worked efficiently with my town’s public works and the county agency to create a system that was satisfactory for all. As the work progressed, Mr. Hall diligently kept me updated. When reviewing my outside cameras to understand why agreed upon maintenance cost increased 100% from a few months earlier it became clear, two employees at all times were sitting in their truck while the other two were working..."

"Overall the Spring clean up was satisfactory. The sod on the other hand was not installed properly. First of all the sod was laid with the roots not level with the other grass. The grass was pieced together with gaps. Even with watering the grass it turned brown within two days. I repeatedly tried to get Mr. Porter to come and look at the work that was done and he said he would but failed to do so. I am going to have someone else redo his work."
