"The work was done as part of a home warranty deal that I had. So, it was all covered under that. When they did the work, they were quite professional, quiet, and efficient. In terms of getting the work done, it took them a while to actually get the part so there was some down time between the first diagnostic call and the actual resolution of the problem, but in terms of the work they did, it was good and they were very professional. It just took a while to get the part and get back over here and do the installation. It worked at the end of the day which made me happy. It is not leaking so the quality of the work seems fine. When they said they would be here, they were here. They are very nice."

"The project went very well, and we are very pleased with the final product. A large master bathroom and office were added on to the master bedroom. The current master bath was flipped around, so there was a second bathroom for the children. Kitchen cabinets were repainted in the process as well. The only hiccup was the plumber used. We had to eventually find our own because the regular one Tramco uses was delaying the project by not showing up at times."

Installation was on time as scheduled, the entire crew was professional and courteous , respectful of our home. <br /> several months after completion they were going through photos that were taken, and realized that two of the bathroom backsplashes had been switched! we had not even noticed! within a week they were out and had them replaced.  i can't say how impressed we were that they caught the error and responded so quickly to  make it right.I would highly recommend <br /> this family owned business. <br />"
