"Mr. Electric's technician was very professional and explained everything they were doing and how this repair was going to work.  When they arrived the tech was very pleasant and courteous.  He put on protectors over his shoes and even protection on my floors where he had set his tools.  They cleaned up very well after the work was completed.  There was a little vibration that I noticed a few days later...I called them back and they were right back out to fix the issue.  I must say I am very impressed with this Company.  I know they are part of The Dwyer Group in which since I have used Aire Serv for my air conditioning, Mr. Appliance, and Mr. Rooter all with GREAT results.  I highly recommend Mr. Electric and these other companies.

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."
