"We hired Wells Roofing for roofing repairs from storm damage. They went out of their way to ensure that the job was completed to the high level of quality they expect and the result was above my expectations. Great work and the job came in slightly under bid, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be looking to hire them for future roofing needs and would highly recommend them should you need roofing repairs."

"Pro came on site, assess the situation and recommend a way forward with different quotes for different options. Scheduled and completion within a few weeks. Great communication and service."

"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was not overly pleased. I did not hear from them for a week or more after I purchased it so I called them. The guy was on a roof and was supposed to call me back. That didn't happen for 3 or 4 days. He said he would call me back because he had several more jobs lined up. It took a couple more phone calls. It took them a long time to get here. I have a very small house so what I was paying was really not that good of a deal for me. The price was the same no matter what the size was. As the winter has progressed, it appears that the work they did wasn't really that great. My soffits are basically coming apart and the down pipe of the gutter has come off already. I would have thought that reattaching a down spout on a gutter would have been part of them cleaning it."

"I RECEIVED A COMMITMENT TO HAVE THE ROOF REPLACED AFTER IT WAS INSPECTED BY EXCELLENT EXTERIORS... AT THIS TIME NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE...STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO DEAL WITH INSURANCE COMPANY IN HOPES OF GETTING INSURANCE MONEY THAT WILL SAVE ME MONEY AND ALSO LET THEM CHARGE MORE THAN THE PRICE WHICH WAS QUOTED IN YOUR OFFER.... I BELIEVE THEY ARE DEALING WITH ME IN GOOD FAITH, BUT I WAS ORIGINALLY WANTING QUICK SERVICE BECAUSE I HAD A PENDING SALE OF MY HOUSE... THAT DEAL FELL THROUGH, BUT I WOULD HAVE BEEN IN A MESS IF IT HADN'T. I THINK YOU SHOULD CALL THEM AND LET THEM KNOW THAT YOU ARE GETTING A NEGATIVE REVIEW AND THAT THEY SHOULD STAY ON TOP OF THIS COMMITMENT."

"Choice is a solid home warranty company. They are very responsive during claims, and they cover a fair amount of issues. As you would suspect, certain exclusions apply, but I feel like you get what you pay for with their pricing model. I pay for convenience because if something happens I can call them and know someone will be out soon to fix the issue."
