"From the estimate to the day of the job, they always showed up on time and we're very open and communicative during the entire process. They got me on the schedule quickly, called ahead to confirm and showed up the day/time they were supposed to to start the job. They were able to get the roof done and everything cleaned up the same day, even with some bad weather popping up. Had an issue pop up with the roof decking that was unexpected (which nobody enjoys) but they can't be blamed for the shortcuts the original home builder made. They were upfront with the options and associated costs and still completed the job in the same day regardless even though it meant working into the evening. Had another minor mishap but they took responsibility and are making it right. Those kind of things happen so no issues there. The roof does look great and the workmanship looks good (from what I can tell from the ground). Overall would recommend."

"It went disastrously bad at first but they made it right by sending somebody else out to do the work. So I would give them the highest rating for doing that but the first attempt was a failure. First it took me three weeks to schedule them to get them out, which was a long time and then they ended up rescheduling because they didn’t have anybody. The guy showed up after three weeks and when I went out to ask him something, I saw him leaving and he said he was all done, but it was just ten minutes of him up there. I looked up at the back of the house and asked him if he cleaned the gutters there and he said when he went up there it was clear and we had all these big trees up there, my husband had cleaned the front of it and had pulled out all the debris. So I knew it was no way it was clear right below the tree. I asked him again and he said it was clear and he did the whole house, it is a two storey house, in ten minutes. I asked him if he could go back up and push the spikes that held the gutters in, before he left. He just looked at me and said okay and asked me if I could hold the ladder for me and I thought that was very odd for somebody whose job it is to be up on the roof to be afraid to go up the ladder. I stood down the ladder for him when he went up and pushed the thing, he came back down, walked around the car and said, he will not be charging me for the quick service. I said that was not going to work because it was prepaid, I paid Angie’s List and his eyes got really big and he said good bye. I was thinking what could be done and the phone rang and it was his boss from Dr Sweep, she talked to me, she said he couldn’t do the service correctly, and said she was calling to apologize, and to reschedule. She said he found out he was afraid of heights. Dr Sweep is chimney cleaning and gutter cleaning and they hired somebody that was afraid of heights. That might have been his first call and he thought he could do it and he found out he couldn’t but he was honest enough to tell them that he didn’t do the work. So it was kind of black and white issue. It took another week and a half to get somebody out there and the guy that came climbed all over and did a fine job. I didn’t go up there but I knew he was up there doing the work. So they made it right but it shouldn’t have taken a month."

"We brought in Gary Pietrangelo with All Around Maintenance to work on our deck.  We didn't know if it would need to be repaired or rebuilt.  When I initially called Gary he returned my call within 24 hours and came out within a day to give us an estimate.  He arrived timely, was thorough and professional. After considering our options we chose to go with Gary's services.
Before providing you further, please note that our house is close to 85 years old and our deck was at least 50 years old.  The deck was sinking under one of the two primary entry doors. We didn't know how much time or money would be involved but we knew that we needed a company we could trust since surprises could naturally happen when considering the age of the house.
Gary and his crew arrived timely and did their best to repair the deck, rather than replace it.  The more wood that was removed the more we learned how rotted the wood was. Once we realized we needed to replace it, Gary went with me to the store to buy the materials and provided excellent guidance on what was needed.  His approach was warm, personable and respectful of cost. 
It took about two weeks to rebuild the deck, rebuild the rotted frame around the entry door and replace it, then replace the gutters.  (This was taking several rain days into consideration, which he and his crew tried to work through when it wasn't pouring.)  Gary gave me regular updates, made trips to replace or purchase materials (without charging us), and ultimately built a beautiful deck. 
Replacing the door was a big challenge due to the fact that like all old houses the foundation has shifted.  Every time we ran into a challenge Gary brought in an expert (without charging us) and made sure the work that was done was of quality. 
It is clear that Gary takes pride in his work and cares about his customers.  Though like all big projects like this we had our challenges and surprises, my husband and I were both really pleased with his services.  We do expect to bring him back later this year to replace the siding and rebuild the rest of the gutters.

"Let me start by saying I live way out of their area. I emailed and asked if he'd consider taking a job outside of his normal area, Wes asked if I wouldn't mind sending pictures of the repair and he'd give a free estimate. I thought this was VERY reasonable considering I was looking for (3rd) estimate and don't expect anyone to make that drive just for a "look-see."
After sending detailed pictures of the repairs, Wes was able to identify ALL the issues brought up by the home inspection.
The reason I was looking for a 3rd estimate wasn't because of the quote, rather the first two contractors that came out (in person) didn't address the issues from the home inspector six weeks prior. (We just bought our house) And just from the pictures, Wes was able to identify all the problems including the main issue which was expanding the vents to allow proper ventilation of the attic. The old vents were just cosmetic pieces, and Wes suggested making them bigger so my house would be up to code.

Wes set up a time and date. Was punctual. Completed the job in 4 hours. Was VERY polite and answered all my questions/concerns. He even told me about some minor roof issues I had (Which was in the inspection as well) and recommended I get those fixed as soon as possible. They cleaned up perfectly.
