We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. We bought an older home and had some big renovations done. As we're are hurrying to move in, Sam started the day after our remodeling contractor finished up and worked on both Saturday & Sunday to get the floors completed so we could move in on schedule. Communications were excellent, Sam would text each day as he was on his way to our house, and text again when he had completed (with pictures of progress each day). "Carlos and his assistant Felix were fantastic and a joy to work with. Got several quotes from a few highly rated contractors to work on a bathroom remodeling, and Homemaster came out with a reasonable and detailed quote breaking down each part of the job. The many great reviews from other clients made the decision to hire Carlos a no-brainer. Once the job started, Carlos and Felix arrived on time every day and the work was done well and with care to detail. Carlos also gave suggestions on what would look nice during the job. I purchased a toilet which from reviews online was a tough install that often took an hour+ to install, but Carlos and Felix with a little help from myself installed it in 15 minutes. "Because of the great reviews on Angie's list, I wanted Dennie's Resurfacing.  I paid more for the service because he came from 2 hours away.  It was worth the extra cost.  I am a shoeless house and when they came in they graciously removed their shoes and were so considerate of my home. They cleaned up after themselves and removed the old glass doors I no longer wanted. That was impressive to me! They were so kind, cordial, and respectful.  The tub looks brand new--that saved me thousands of dollars and all the mess of construction!  The only challenge was the smell (I'm a health nut) but they do "green" so I was just patient for the smell to leave (I do not have a window in that bathroom); however within 24 hours the smell was gone. They have a five year warranty...so I hope to not need them, but if I do I'll report on warranty service at that time.  I wholehearted recommend this company.
