"We had a bad blood stain on a $6500 light grey wool rug that I thought would never come out. My elderly father had fallen from bed and cut his arm. Do to various medications that he takes, he bleeds easily and heavily so the stain was terrible. (My dad is fine btw). Mitch worked and worked on the stain using a variety of solutions and methods to remove it. I was completely amazed that he was able to get it all out! I was sure we would need to replace the rug. I can I can't speak more highly about Mitch and his service. I've never met anyone who is as knowledgeable and excited about what he does than Mitch. His pricing is very fair (I think he actually undercharges for the quality and thoroughness of his work). I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who has expensive and delicate rugs and furniture.
