He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns in a patient and professional manner. His crew was punctual, very respectful and performed a fantastic job. They had a bit of bad weather with the heat wave at the beginning of the job and horrible rains at the end of the job which, I'm sure, made it very challenging for them; however, regardless, they performed a fantastic job and I absolutely LOVE my new siding and gutters. All of the debris from each day was cleaned up before they left every evening which was fantastic. Geno was so wonderful to work with, I have referred him to others and am currently trying to figure out how I can hire him again to replace my roof! "Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. Any minor tweaks required or requested were met with prompt action to ensure the project was completed to expectations. We recommend URS for any exterior renovations. TY."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Exactly as expected. Gregory repaired both siding and gutter. After a heavy rain, the gutter repair has solved the problem. The trim repair matches well (white). This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. Given the work required and the height, I thought it was a fair price."

I called five of the contractors on Angie’s list who handle siding repair in my area. Victor was the only one who either returned my call or was interested in doing the work. He came out the next day to look at the situation and he quickly identified the problem. He explained what was causing the leak and showed me the “where” and the “why” of the problem. He proposed a simple and inexpensive “fix”. He returned in a few days with the necessary material as promised and completed the work in under two hours.
