"I have requested couple of different quotes to replace the roof on my garage. I decided to go with Infinity Exteriors. Logan Rezash worked with me who gave me the best deal. He was very professional and easy to talk to and explained in full details what they will provide me with my project. The materials and the warranty on the project that works for my budget. They kept me informed of the status of the project from the start to the finish. Their team that worked on the job was very polite and fast. They did an excellent job. They cleaned the yard and twice doubled checked for any loose nails around the garage. If you have a project to be done, I would recommend Infinity for your project. Dragica Miladinovic"

"We had a roof that needed cap shingle replacement prior to the sale of the home due to degradation of the previous shingles of the wrong type. Weather Pro Exteriors had someone out quickly to provide an estimate and they were able to schedule the repair within a week. The customer service was excellent and they were easy to work with. Pricing was significantly lower than another quote I received and we are happy with the work performed. Very personable and responsive!"

"Modern Exterior installed a new roof for us. They were professional, affordable and did great work. Would recommend them and use them again in the future."

"My roof was started leaking after the snow wad mounted, I called him on Friday and he came out Saturday and identified the problem then today (02/21) he and his crew came out to my house. They tore up the old roof, they reconstructed a portion in the front of my house and then they put a whole new roof. They did a beautiful job, they left my yard immaculate, they have a reasonable price but I will not post it here, and they were very professional."

"Bryan who did my inspection was great. He went over my roof and told me some things I could do for a quick fix to buy me time till I could redo my roof. He also went over financing which was great but things came up in my life the day before to put a halt on this project for now. Bryan was able to make the appointment a little early like I asked which was great!"

"Everything went really well. They were on time. They very courteous. Bryan called me every two weeks about the materials since its hard to get a materials for the Project. He was very up to date. "Did an excellent job. Darin inspected before job was considered done. They clean up after and we’re very courteous! Great Job!"

"My house had a loose downspout that was rattling in the wind, posing a risk of falling if not addressed. When I sought quotes for the repair, some companies dismissed the job as too minor, while others offered slightly lower prices than Illinois Affordable Roofing. I chose Affordable Illinois Roofing because Sam took the time to explain that he would need two employees for the job due to the downspout's location on the third floor, which required a long ladder. I appreciated Sam's concern for his team's safety, which reflects his integrity, and I believe that same integrity extends to his customers. Opting for Illinois Affordable Roofing was a wise decision; the crew arrived promptly, replaced the damaged downspout swiftly, and handled the strapping process with professionalism. The issue is now resolved, and I wholeheartedly recommend Sam and his team at Illinois Affordable Roofing."

"They were excellent. They were really quick. They did a great job. They made sure we got the color we wanted. They brought out samples, let me pick actual on the roof and also did the gutters."
