"A two man team came to my home to clean the dryer vent.  <br /> They were quick and efficient with cleaning the dryer hose and vent.  <br /> I didn't expect the cleaning of just one dryer vent to be more than $100.  However I was told the price over the phone and scheduled the appointment anyway since it needed to be done.   The final price I paid was not a surprise.  <br /> I am happy that I had it done to satisfy my worry since lint clogged dryer tubes/vents can be a fire hazard.  I will most likely use this service provider in the future.  <br /> <br />"

"Christopher and Michael did an excellent job cleaning our ducts. They had never been cleaned since the house was built in 1985. They explained every single step of what they did. Christopher was very customer oriented and welcomed every one of our questions. Michael was equally helpful. It took 1/2 day to clean the system and 1/2 day to do the sealing. The leakage in our system was reduced by 94%. I can feel the higher air flow from the ducts. Every room on all three floors is now within 2 degrees of the thermostat setting. Equal comfort in the basement rooms as well as the 2nd floor rooms."

"I requested service through the Better Business Bureau and the business owner, Terry, emailed me within one business day.  Terry asked for my phone number so we could schedule the appointment over the phone.  There were a couple days of phone tag, but speaking with Terry was a very pleasant experience... he's a down-to-earth, very nice guy.  He asked me if the furniture had been cleaned before and what color each piece was. <br /> Kevin and Scott were the techs.  Kevin was just as nice as Terry, as well as outgoing and professional with a positive attitude. Kevin and Scott took their time, which I really liked because that's how I clean my house.  I don't like when any contractor rushes through something to get to their next job. <br /> When they were putting the equipment back in the truck, I came out to the living room and realized the living room (though only 12 X 15) carpet had been cleaned as well. This was after I wrote the check... in other words, no charge!   Kevin explained that he felt they were dragging in as much as they were taking out (it was damp outside with leaves on the ground).  I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed.  Kevin also mentioned the disinfectant they sprayed on the pieces (citrus scent) and told me the furniture would be dry in a couple of hours. <br /> Very happy with the cleaning and the entire experience! <br /> <br />"

"He came the next week to clean the vents. That night we realized that there was a bit of a squeaking sound from one of the vents that had started when the a/c fan was on. He came the next day to fix it (which he did). I consider the above excellent service as little issues like that can always come up... but it is the response to those issues that truly matters. His response was excellent. <br /> He was always on time for the appointments (which are at a given time... not a four hour window)... which is refreshing as compared to the average home maintenance person who might show up... and never on time. <br /> Overall, the owner is a very nice guy who knows his stuff and cares about customer satisfaction. "Big Red was very reasonable on their prices compared to other businesses. They did an exceptional job and I have had no problems since. One of things I liked best was they weren't pushy about cleaning the carpet. I went ahead and had them clean 3 rooms and was very happy that I did. The price was really reasonable as well."
