"I contacted Hometown Roofing to inspect for damage after several hail storms and to assess a part of the roof that appeared to have sunken in.  The provider was very responsive and completed the inspection within a couple business days of my initial call. The inspection revealed no storm damage but that the sunken in portion of the roof was due to sheathing that had rotten from trapped moisture.  The builder had not properly ventilated the air coming from the master bathroom's fan.  Hometown Roofing provided a detailed description of the repairs required and an estimate. <br> <br>After contracting Hometown Roofing to do the repairs, the work was scheduled within a couple of weeks. To repair the damage, the sheathing and shingles were removed and replaced.  New baffle vents were also installed.  The work was completed as scheduled and billed at the quoted estimate. <br> <br>My interactions with everyone at Hometown Roofing were positive and professional.  Will definitely do business with them again!"
