Not only did he expertly install new lighting (heavy stuff, too!) but offer clever suggestions on how to add new wiring to install a new light over our kitchen stove, install new wiring and new light over our fireplace, add new wiring for a new outdoor light on our deck, and install new outdoor landscape lighting. Oh, he also repair/replaced our fluorescent lights in our basement that were intermittently going on and offer. I would hire Steve in a heartbeat for any electrical job. He really knows his stuff and his pricing was fair if not the best for the fantastic job that he did."

Our existing electric water heater completely shut down and my spouse had been without hot water for several days (I was away from home), so I jumped at the chance to get a tankless (propane) water heater installed.
