Joseph started the job alone, and I fully believe that he could have completed the job on his own, so when Eric showed up the process just went into overdrive. The demo was quick, the install process was methodical; you could tell this wasnâ t Josephâ s first install. And the end result is nothing short of amazing! I understand I have to let the caulk set up fully before I can use the shower but it is sooo tempting to just jump in and enjoy! To say that Joseph went above and beyond is, as they say, an understatement. Even working alone, he was cheerful, jovial, and completely professional. The clean up was thorough, the explanation was to the point, and the paperwork was well explained. All in all I am beyond pleased and wonder why I didnâ t do this years ago."
