"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. "Everything went well and the job was done to my satisfaction.  The crew from Wize removed the old gutters and downspouts, then cleaned the fascia and plugged the old mounting holes.  They then installed 6 inch seamless guttering and downspouts. Once the work was done, the crew walked around the house and picked up all scraps and screws.

"The first company I went with gave me an estimate of $7000. I decided to call All American and they gave me a great price and also did an awesome job. I actually paid $3165 to install gutters by the other company and it was not a good job. They only did the back of the house for that price. To be correct, they did clean and seal the gutters. After they left, there was no way I can pay an additional $4000. At that point I called All American to get an estimate and they quoted $2394 for the whole house. They were able to fix all the bad work and re do my gutters for the entire house."

We discussed and he got to work right away with his crew. His communication was excellent as he let me when he was on property, took pics and video of work and kept me updated. He also looked at few other items I needed taken care of and also suggested gutter covers as my gutters were full of leaves and clogged.
