It had flooded in the area and they still were able to come out the very next morning, which was good. They were very knowledgeable and got the roof repaired quickly. They called back to make sure that everything was okay. They had said they were going to alter one of the gutters and they forgot to do that. When they called back they came out immediately to do that fix. They were very good. We would use them again."

So I turned off the water and left for a week. When I got back on Saturday evening, I called On-Call Maintenance and we scheduled a service call for Sunday morning. He was quick to figure out what the problem was (a broken valve inside the freezer), had to go to Lowe's to get a part, and was quick to get it put together again.
