"I was completely thrilled with every phase of this job! If you want to hire someone who is punctual, diligent, and obviously cares about a job well done, I highly recommend you seek out Torres Tree Service! A bit of background: I had called three other tree companies for a fairly small job, including two large, well known ones. Two of the three never bothered to show up for our original estimate appointments. When the second did finally did (after changing the time AGAIN and then still being an hour and a half later than expected), the quote was high, and the contractor got into an unsolicited political rant. Needless to say, he was off the list. I remembered I had received a card in my mailbox from Torres Tree Service. I sent a message, got an almost immediate response, and Jovanny showed up that same afternoon - at exactly the time we agreed upon. We went over the job, and he even offered to begin that evening! We instead agreed that he would come the next morning at 7:30 beforeI had to leave for work. Again, he was spot on time, had a smile on his face and a great attitude. When I got home at 4:30, he was finishing the clean up (including hauling all the debris away). By around 6:30 that evening, he was completely finished. The work was done exactly to spec, and he cleaned the area immaculately, leaving barely a leaf on the ground! This included clearing a lot of thorns and brush, which one of the other companies didn't want to touch without charging an additional 1500.00. Torres Tree Service's pricing was way below the other quotes I received. My Spanish is rudimentary at best. Though Jovanny speaks English, he did call an associate who made sure all of the details of our conversation and agreement were clear before the job began, and again when he finished. Torres Tree Service is a new company I believe is highly deserving of your consideration!"

The trees were close to the house and a shed. They were very accurate in dropping the large limbs and cutting the trees in sections. After the trees were removed they cleaned up the yard and left it looking better than when they started. I highly recommend Perez Landscaping, Tree & Painting Services!"

"It was a 3 day job that was spread over a 2 week period since we had to wait on markings from the city before stump grinding and we had Thanksgiving holidays.  I was glad for the delay since that gave me time to research, locate and purchase my new shrubs, trees and plants.  Their price did not include the purchase of shrubs, plants and trees.  I bought my own.  Their price did include a thick layer of mulch and planting soil.  I placed the plants where I wanted them and they did all the work.  Since I am a type A personality, I did stay in the yard with them all day during the actual planting of the new shrubs to make sure that everything was put precisely where I wanted it.  They were very courteous and didn't mind me moving things around and making suggestions throughout the planting process.  As a last minute idea, I even saved the monkey grass that was pulled up in the front yard and then the Total Renovations team re-planted it all in the back yard without grumbling or charging more.  My yard looks great."
