A bit of background: I had called three other tree companies for a fairly small job, including two large, well known ones. Two of the three never bothered to show up for our original estimate appointments. When the second did finally did (after changing the time AGAIN and then still being an hour and a half later than expected), the quote was high, and the contractor got into an unsolicited political rant. Needless to say, he was off the list. I remembered I had received a card in my mailbox from Torres Tree Service. I sent a message, got an almost immediate response, and Jovanny showed up that same afternoon - at exactly the time we agreed upon. We went over the job, and he even offered to begin that evening! We instead agreed that he would come the next morning at 7:30 beforeI had to leave for work. Again, he was spot on time, had a smile on his face and a great attitude. When I got home at 4:30, he was finishing the clean up (including hauling all the debris away). By around 6:30 that evening, he was completely finished. The work was done exactly to spec, and he cleaned the area immaculately, leaving barely a leaf on the ground! This included clearing a lot of thorns and brush, which one of the other companies didn't want to touch without charging an additional 1500.00. Torres Tree Service's pricing was way below the other quotes I received. My Spanish is rudimentary at best. Though Jovanny speaks English, he did call an associate who made sure all of the details of our conversation and agreement were clear before the job began, and again when he finished. Torres Tree Service is a new company I believe is highly deserving of your consideration!"

The trees were close to the house and a shed. They were very accurate in dropping the large limbs and cutting the trees in sections. After the trees were removed they cleaned up the yard and left it looking better than when they started. I highly recommend Perez Landscaping, Tree & Painting Services!"

"It didn't work out. They didn't charge any additional fees, and their work was about average. I had to wait three or four weeks for them to come out. When they came out, and they did it quickly. They didn't split the boards or take the nails out. Since then, I have taken care of all of that. It took them a long time. They put the stuff where we told them, but leaving the wood with nails in it wasn't professional."
