They said it would be 2-3 weeks before they cold get the work done. They met that time frame, called to schedule the work, arrived when they said they would, worked fast, cleaned up, and left me the wood for our fire pit.

"It was a amazing site to behold they were quick and cleaned up beautifully very professional. I had 5 trees removed a great team did accomplished it a little more than 30 minutes 2 trucks in the driveway one grinding tree trunks blowing everything into another truck at the same time went back to the site and raked all the branches and debris and walked away leaving a clean area.Doug Wagner was great explained everything called me when trees would be removed and the team showed up right at the time almost to the minute. I'm in my 80's and never ever experienced a company as honest and a pleasure to deal with.I will call them when I have another project."

"Johnny’s Tree Service showed good communication, willingness to do the job to my satisfaction and gave me a price break. I also hired them to remove some shrub trunks from my neighbor’s front yard on my dime. They removed some 16 huge arborvitaes, ground the stumps, filled in and leveled the ground and applied grass seed and straw. 9 days after completion, the grass seed is sprouting and I’m pleased that Johnnys could do the entire job for me. I highly recommend this tree service."

I had several different quotes on how much it was going to cost me to have this big white oak directly beside my home removed and Averys tree was the only tree service willing to help me remove the oak and it not cost me a arm and leg. They were able to come out several weeks before the original date quoted, were very reasonably priced and completely cleaned the yard up when they were done."

"These guys were awesome! They arrived on time and had a large crew with clean and updated machinery. Before the crew cut my trees and bushes they took the time to explain what they were going to do BEFORE cutting which I really appreciated! The owner Jon answered all of my questions and was very patient and knowledgeable. The crew also explained to me how to monitor the health of my trees in the future which is very important to me since this is the first house + yard I’ve owned and have never had to take care of so many trees. The crew cleaned up my yard when they were finished and left it spotless. They also were able to avoid marking up any of the grass and moved all of my furniture back as well. They also unhooked all of the cords connected to my house prior to any of the cutting and trimming and re-hooked all of them back perfectly. I appreciated Big Twigs for their punctuality, professionalism, and knowledge about the health of my trees and how they took care of my house + yard throughout the trimming process and post care as well. "When I called the office for a quote to prune some trees in the backyard, they were able to send someone out the next day. The quote was reasonable and we scheduled a day for the work. They were about 30 minutes late because of a problem with their truck but they quickly finished the job and cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they were there. When I inspected the work later that day I discovered a branch sitting on the power line to the house that I had missed pointing out. I contacted the job foreman I had worked with and he came out a few days later to trim the branch for no extra charge. Great service!"
